Milo's first bike!

So here is Milo on his new bike, bought today. He wasn't taking to peddling on it.. but we will get there. The fact he is even on a bike is huge progress from a month ago.

Here's our little trooper with his OT Molly, managing to do things he never could have done a month ago. Standing, yes, standing on a moving swing for the first time, while getting an achilles work out.. he was very calm. And maneuvering himself on the swing while picking up and throwing some frogs and turtles. He gets a real workout there!

I was interviewed that day for a newsletter by the Good Samaritan foundation. They are doing an article on Milo and his progress so far at CTU (Children's Therapy Unit.) The lady in the background took pics of Milo for the entire session. He has come a long way in a short amount of time!

Milo on the swing again!!

So after weeks of work from his Occupational Therapist, and going on a swing at home, Milo finally got back on a big playground swing today (after a 5-6 month gap) all on his own.. by the second try he was going fairly fast. Well done Milo!
