Flying Apron Bakery & Ballard Locks

Now that Milo is gluten and dairy free we took a hike to Freemont to the Flying Apron Bakery and had a GF/DF chocolate Muffin. Milo ate most of it.. but did get very full. We then went to Ballard Locks and watched the boats going by.. and walked across to the fish ladder to see the Salmon swimming upstream... Milo enjoyed himself and did not want to leave. Great morning.
