Milo is three!

Yep.. today Milo turned 3. His birthday came on the forth day of an extreme heatwave. Today it should reach about 98f. He also has a high fever and virus.. so is sadly not having the best birthday. He is not interested in eating and turned down a lunch of bacon and eggs. When it came time to blow out the candles he couldn't manage it.. and only wanted one bite of the cake. The cake may not look like much but it is one of the best cakes I have tasted, and it was gluten/dairy free. He has been enjoying playing with his birthday presents though in between sleeping. Thanks everyone who sent him his presents!

Morning at Tukwila Splash Park

It is the start of a heatwave here in Seattle this week. So we made our way to the splash park so we could cool us and Milo off by some water. Milo had a great time... specially as he has a fascination with water, hoses, and spouts..

New Trampoline

Milo got a new Trampoline in the post yesterday.. a birthday present from Grandma & Grandpa In England & us... as you can see he loved trying it out for the first time!

Wind!

One of Milo's favourite things is when it is windy and he can feel the breeze in his face.. with the window down on a warm day is perfect.. he puts his face to the window to feel all that air on his face.. then laughs and kicks his legs as he is so happy! (as you can see)
